Muesli bars with peanut butter
What I like about this recipe? First, heat treatment of cereals and other components of the bars is minimal, and therefore useful properties are preserved to the maximum. And secondly, convenient-bars you can take with you as a tasty and healthy snack!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    130 g

  • Coconut shavings

    60 g

  • Cards

    110 g

  • Pasta, peanut

    80 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

For bars from dates remove the pits. Preheat the oven t 180-190 degrees. Small coat the baking pan with baking paper.

In a pan mix oatmeal and coconut flakes. Bake the mixture for 10-15 minutes (or until light blush). During roasting every 5 minutes stir the mixture.

In a small saucepan, mix peanut butter and honey. warmed over low heat until liquid smooth. DO NOT BOIL!!! Dates are finely chopped.

Oatmeal-coconut mixture is ready. Give it a moment to cool down.

To the mixture add warmed peanut butter and honey Massa, salt, cinnamon, and dates.

All peremeshaem until smooth and well trambeam in the pan. If the mixture crumbles, you can add more honey or peanut butter. The mixture is compacted cover, put the cargo and put into the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
