I hasten to share the recipe for your favorite salad! It is prepared at every holiday and New year including. Cooking
Boiled and chilled beef to make out the fibers or cut with a knife, as you prefer.
Onion cut into half rings and marinate for five minutes in Apple cider vinegar.
Apple can be cleaned, but my skin was soft and I left it like this. Mix with pickled onions, previously depressed.
Prepare a seasoning. Just mix mayonnaise with sour cream, soy sauce and grate on a fine grater garlic and cornichons.
The dressing is ready. Salt is not necessary.
Mix meat, onion with the Apple and dressing.
Serve and garnish according to your taste. I have gherkins and pickled grapes.
