Easter meat loaf
This bread tasted some time ago but couldn't find the original recipe. I really wanted to learn and entertain all at Easter. This bread is baked for the feast and afterwards, when the house is a lot of meat and not so fresh bread. Try it! It is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Bread

    5 slice

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Broth

    6 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

Cooking

In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, yeast and sugar. Leave to rise.

Boiled meat cut into medium pieces. I have prokopchina pork. The size of the pieces is at your discretion. If you like sausage with big pieces of meat - cut in big pieces.

White bread cut into medium pieces. Put in a bowl and moisten with broth. Can broth to replace water.

To the bread add the cut meat. Add salt, pepper, flour and chopped parsley. Mix well.

Beat eggs with a whisk. To add to the mass. Mix well.

Add the coming up of yeast. Garlic pass through chesnokodavku. To add to the mass. Mix well.

Turn the oven to 180gr. Prepared form 26х8 to grease with sunflower oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put meat loaf into shape. Flatten with a spoon. A few times gently knock the form on the table, so all is well distributed. Cover with a towel and let rise for 15 minutes. Bake 40-45 minutes at 180gr. to brown color. Choose bread from the mold still warm.
