Description

South Indian coffee
I want to introduce to Your attention an interesting kind of coffee. It is not very strong, but refreshing, with rich flavor and a nice slight kick. The aroma while cooking is delightful-sweet, spicy... I Admit I hesitated for a long time to make coffee on this recipe because in part it is coriander and I'm not much liking. But I was pleasantly pleased with that specific taste of this spice does not manifest itself. The drink is very harmonious and balanced.

Ingredients

  • Coffee natural

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    8 piece

  • Coriander

    0.75 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Basil

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 cup

Cooking

step-0
Ginger root to grate.
step-1
Grind pepper and coriander.
step-2
Mix the chopped ginger, allspice, coriander, freshly ground coffee and cane sugar.
step-3
Cover with cold water and bring to boil. After repeated boiling, add the Basil leaves and remove from heat.
step-4
Strain and pour into cups. (By the way, in different recipes there are differences in the ingredients tab. Saw this option: mix everything except the coffee and Basil, bring to the boil, then pour into coffee and again bring to a boil, place the Basil and turn off.)
