Cooking

step-0
The day before cooking bars I welded a can of condensed milk for 3 hours. And cooled without removing it from the water. For bars: peanuts, finely process if the candied fruits and cherries are large, they also grind them with a knife. The oven turn on the heating t 160 degrees. The pan dimmed with baking paper.
step-1
In a large bowl mix the "Oat Bran cereal" from TM Mistral, candied fruit, cherries, nuts, seeds, puffed rice. Add a tablespoon of sesame flour, spices and again mix everything.
step-2
Separately mix the liquid ingredients: honey, maple syrup, olive oil and peanut butter. Warmed the mixture on low heat, without boiling, until smooth. Pour prepared syrup into the mixture of hlopov.
step-3
Mix everything until a uniform distribution of the syrup. In the end it should be a sticky mass that can be gathered into a ball. If the mass breaks apart, add a little more honey or maple syrup.
step-4
Spread the mixture in a covered baking pan, even out to get a thickness of approximately 1 cm and press it all (can the bottom of the beaker). Put it into the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until lightly Browning.
step-5
Baked muesli takes out of the oven and leave to cool completely without removing from baking sheet. Then cut it into pieces of desired shape and size. I cut into small squares.
step-6
One box generously grease condensed milk, cover with a second square. Turned makeshift sandwich.
