Muffins with prunes yogurt
I want to introduce you another recipe for muffins, which has long taken root in my family. I love prunes, I often use it in baking, salads, desserts and main courses. These muffins are a lifesaver. Are baked quickly, make a very fluffy and porous.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Prunes

    120 g

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Break in a bowl the eggs, add the sugar and whisk. Prunes cut into small cubes and in a separate bowl, pour the cognac.

To egg mixture add half of buttermilk, mix and sift the flour. Dough stir with a spoon.

To the remaining kefir add soda, smash and pour in the dough. Melt and cool butter and add to dough, mix thoroughly until the dough is smooth.

Add the prunes with the brandy in the dough.

Silicone mold to fill the dough. The amount of dough on your choice. These muffins rise well in the oven, so you can fill up half a small form and the muffins will turn out very much. I usually fill to the top and then the muffins turn out great.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the muffins 25 minutes. To check the readiness with a wooden stick, it should be dry, but the experience will tell you that these cupcakes are always baked perfectly!
