Meatballs in Italian
In Italy a recipe of the meatballs are in each family... I Suggest that you try these delicious and easy to prepare meatballs our family. Not exposed in this recipe frying, the meatballs turn out very tender and tasty. Equally liked by both adults and children!

  • Tomato sauce

    650 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 sprig

  • Water

    650 ml

Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce heat, cover and begin cooking the meatballs.
The first thing mortadella grind in a mixer. Need 4 thinly sliced slices.
In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, chopped the sausage, finely grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Add eggs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix as the mince until smooth.
