Pickled tongue
I love the language! A language can rightly be considered a delicacy. It is tasty, tender and very nutritious. Most often used in cooking beef or veal tongue, rarely — pork, it is less tasty but more affordable. For this dish, you can use either beef or pork tongue. The taste is very different will not.

Ingredients

  • The language of pork

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

  • Soy sauce

Lightly whisk - is supposed to be about the same consistency (see photo). The marinade should be sweet and sour.

Garlic cut into very small cubes, mix with the language, leave for 15 minutes.

Throws the latch into the marinade, sprinkle with herbs. Send overnight in the refrigerator. It is desirable that was not less than 5 hours, but not more than 10!
