For us, the "former Soviet", it is hard to imagine New year without a Santa Claus, snow Maiden, or Christmas trees the same as and without another viewing of the film "Irony of love, or enjoy your bath"... This film has become a fixture of the New year... And what a soulful song, loved by us... A phrase that has become almost a national: "you should Drink less!", "What muck, this your jellied fish!" etc. And what New year without the filler?! Today I offer You an aspic of chicken!   • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Quail egg

  • Green peas

Chicken breast put in a pot, add 6-7 cups of cold water, bring to boil, remove the foam. Put the onions, carrots, salt and cook 1-1,5 hours. Strain the broth. Cool. 1 tbsp. gelatin pour 200 ml (1 Cup) of cold broth and leave to swell for 40-60 minutes. Heat, without boiling, with continuous stirring, until dissolved. To 1 Cup gelatin solution add 2-3 cups of broth.

Glass in glass on bottom, put green peas, quartered quail eggs, sliced chicken fillet. On top, put the carrots, greens and pour the broth (cooled to room temperature). Put in refrigerator to harden (preferably overnight).

Plus, this snack is that it can be prepared a day or two before the holiday. PS: the filler can be done in portion glasses (cups) or one large glass form.
