Often I come to you with muffins. The taste of this is pure bliss!

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • White chocolate

    70 g

Cooking

The softened butter beat with a mixer with sugar, add vanilla sugar and one by one enter the eggs, beating well after each 1 minute.

Add the flour, sifted with baking powder, knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, one add cocoa powder, milk, stir.

Spread on top of cherries and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 30 min. to Check on a dry match.
