Pellet beets with feta cheese
Absolutely amazing recipe from the "Oh, wow... So delicious!" Indeed, from very simple components, easy and fast born delicious and very healthy lepeshechki. It is better to prepare just before eating, because they are especially good warm. Recipe for 6-8 pieces.


  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    0.5 cup

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp


Mix the flour and semolina. Pour the warm water.
Grate the beets and the cheese, mix with spices and salt. If you take out the Feta, you can add salt, cheese does not require additional salt.
From flour, semolina, beetroot, cheese and one tablespoon of olive oil knead the dough.
To grease the hands of the remnants of olive oils and to sculpt six to eight tortillas. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
