Vegetable puff pastry rolls with cheese
This recipe was invented by my friend and kindly shared them with me! I changed some ingredients, abstained from caramelized onions and greens - and as a result got a new snack! Variations "flavors" can be countless! Bon appetit, AA.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    210 g

  • Flour

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Mushrooms

    115 g

  • Pepper

    80 g

  • Olive oil

  • Cherry tomatoes

    90 g

  • Soft cheese

    135 g

Cooking

To defrost the dough. (It's best to defrost any food in the fridge! Leave overnight and by morning You will have thawed, if fresh produce) Table sprinkle with flour, thawed roll the dough only in one direction. Spread with mustard. The first part of the cheese grate on a coarse grater, sprinkle the dough lightly rolled with a rolling pin.

Cherry tomatoes cut into circles, put on layer of dough.

Sweet pepper cut into cubes, mushrooms slices, to fry in olive oil until cooked mushrooms. Spread on the dough.

The remainder of the cheese to RUB on a small grater, to add a layer of mushrooms.

Roll the dough into a log and cut into small rolls.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Form to lay a parchment, put the buns and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at the same temperature for 30 minutes.
