Cream sauce with garlic and blue cheese for steak
The sauce is the consistency of butter, can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time. Goes only with red meat (for my taste).

Ingredients

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

All the ingredients are well mixed to a uniform consistency. The sauce is ready.

Butter in mikrovolnovke 10 seconds. Garlic finely chop. Cheese grate on a grater.
