Spanish salad with rice
Ensalada de arroz is a Spanish rice salad combined with dry-cured meat, fried egg and vegetables. The salad I liked the tenderness of taste, bright colors, simple cooking, and the salad is quite hearty, but easy!

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Cheese

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

Cooking

The package of rice to boil according to the instructions - 30 minutes.

Beat eggs until smooth with a pinch of salt, fry until cooked. Cool.

Pepper cut into cubes, tomatoes into quarters, meat strips, cheese to grate.
