Soup fish
Quick, delicious soup in a fragrant fish broth.

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    250 g

  • Cabbage

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

In a pot (volume 4-4. 5 l) glass of water (but not to the brim, and a little more than half of its volume), add 1 tbsp of salt, Bay leaves and put on fire. Finely shred the cabbage and send it in a pot of boiling water, cook for 10-12 min.

Meanwhile, wash tomatoes and drop into a pot of boiling cabbage for 2-3 minutes, and then remove the skin. Chop the onion (diced), pepper Bolg. (julienne), carrots grate on a grater.
