Cooking

step-0
Prunes wash and cut into small pieces. Pour the liqueur and leave for 30 minutes. Turn the oven on 160 degrees. If baking for children, the plum just pour boiling water.
step-1
With a mixer beat the butter at room temperature with 75 g of sugar. One at a time add 2 eggs. Beat.
step-2
Flour mixed with baking powder. To add to the oil. Beat.
step-3
Cake pan (25 x 8 cm) grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. It is written in the recipe! And so I did! But next time will postelu greaseproof paper, because it was very difficult to pull the cake from the form. But these are my recommendations.
step-4
Spread the batter in the form. Flatten with a spatula. Bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
step-5
In the meantime... to Separate the yolks from the whites, remaining 3 eggs. Beat egg whites, cottage cheese, starch. Whisk the strongest momentum, nearly to the peaks.
step-6
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and the remaining 75g of sugar.
step-7
Add the yolks to the whipped cottage cheese "snow" and gently stir with a spatula.
step-8
Drain the liquid from the prunes. Remove from oven form with the baked dough ( after 30 minutes). The oven stays on. The entire length of the cake put the prunes.
step-9
On top of the prunes, spread cottage cheese. Flatten with a spoon. Bake at 160 degrees for 50 minutes.
step-10
The finished cake to leave in switched off oven with door open for 15 minutes.
step-11
Slightly cooled cake gently remove from the mould and leave to cool completely on wire rack.
