Gingerbread
Similar recipe, but without a photo. And as I bake such cakes very often, I decided to post photos and share their experiences. The recipe is unusual, try a must!!! According to my family, the taste of this cake is much tastier counterparts from the store :))) Very easy to prepare, insanely delicious and long stays gentle and soft!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Jam

    1 cup

Sugar, eggs, baking soda, cinnamon and honey mix.

Add butter (if not softened, I RUB on a grater). Mix well and place in a boiling water bath for 10-15 min. stirring occasionally.

You get a homogeneous air mass.

Add this mixture into one Cup of sifted flour. Stir and let cool. (I put the bowl of dough in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally). In cold, warm the dough gradually add the remaining sifted flour, stirring well with a fork, after kneading it with your hands. The amount of flour is approximate, you may need a little more. If you pour the flour into the hot dough (not pre-cool), the flour will take much longer and the dough will be very tight, and we need soft and supple.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut into 9 squares. The table is good for flour, and the dough may stick.

On one half of the square, place the marmalade, cover with second half and press the sides with your fingers. The dough is very well formed and glued together, the filling will not flow out:))

Dip a fork into flour and press on the sides of the stick - for the beauty:)

Place on a greased sheet of parchment and bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes to 12, not more! Bake quickly - you will see they are well raised and browned. I have sometimes 7 minutes is ready, all depends on the oven! While baked, prepare [b]glaze[/b]: mix sugar and milk, put on fire and stir until the sugar dissolves, bring to the boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes.

    если Вы без понятия в кулинарии не оставляйте рецепты чтобы люди не переводили продукты я не однократно проверял этот рецепт так вот тесто замешивается на горячую тогда оно эластичное , а не рассыпчатое и поднимается в духовке, а остывщее как сухарь.
