Cranberry sauce
A stunning sweet and sour sauce bright pink, turkeys and more!

Ingredients

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Beer

    1 cup

  • Orange zest

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    0.75 cup

In the saucepan pour fresh orange juice, ginger ale, put the cranberries, onion, orange zest, sugar, bring to a boil. Cook the sauce over low heat for about 25 minutes or until the liquid is reduced in volume in 2 times. Remove from the heat, cooled.

Put cooled sauce in a blender brought until smooth.
