Homemade pita bread
Thanks to my favorite website (and some cooks, to whom HUGE THANKS for this!!!), I learned to bake bread. My husband love it. And yesterday, I baked his favorite pita, the delight knew no bounds!!! Very delicious, with very crispy crust and tender, airy crumb.

Ingredients

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    350 ml

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

In warm water dissolve yeast.

Add sugar (I cane).

Salt.

The sifted flour. To leave a little for vimeca.

Knead the dough on a floured work surface. 10 minutes.

Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel or cling film and leave in a warm place to approach. That's the way it came after 40 minutes.

Wet hands with oil, take the dough and knead for another 5 minutes.

Then again in the bowl for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, the dough rose slightly, pour into the pan vegetable oil, wetted his hands in it, take the dough and vivalav it in the oil, forming a bun, crushing the dough down. Then replusive it gently with your hands to form the shape of pita bread. Fingers make grooves and bumpers. Leave for 15 minutes. After this time the surface is wetted with water (I did it by hand).

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until Golden. I have half an hour. Bon appetit!!!
