Lemon-chocolate cake
A recipe from old newspaper clippings, so battered that even it is not clear what the newspaper. Lovely dough – a gentle, light and air. The combination of lemon and chocolate aroma and taste delicious.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Butter room temperature, beat with powdered sugar. Beat eggs (one by one), continue whisking.

Add the flour, a pinch of salt, soda (repaid in vinegar). Divide the dough into two roughly equal parts. One add the zest and juice of half a lemon.

In the second part of the test, add kefir (or milk) and cocoa (cocoa powder, I always take the bitter with no additives).

Then spread in the form of a spoon light and dark test, alternating layers.

Bake at temperature of 180 degrees. about 50 minutes (time approximate, may be prepared before, check the match or toothpick – it should come out of the cake dry). Here such it turns out a cupcake. Bon appetit!
