Sangria
July 16, Ukraine celebrates the "Day of the accountant". Today "moved the& amp;quot; of all their clients, all the work and my girlfriend and on this day decided to move out into the countryside for a whole day, and as a celebratory beverage, I decided to make "Sangria&am p;quot;. The drink that appeared in the 19th century in southern Spain and Portugal. Fruit pickers carried a jar of red wine diluted with spring water. In the same wineskin they squeezed the juice of fresh citrus. Such a mixture facilitated the work under the sun and refreshed, not leading to severe intoxication. And then began to appear different variations of this drink. Well, what else could be better for a holiday in a hot summer day?! And you can drink it all day and intoxication will not be! In General, after reviewing many recipes for sangria, I came to the conclusion that improvisation here is more than appropriate. Their sangria so I can come up with a name. So called in honor of their professional holiday! All Ukrainian accountants day! Did everyone else get it!

Ingredients

  • Dry red wine

    750 ml

  • Peach

    2 piece

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Black currants

    150 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 piece

  • Carnation

  • Water, carbonated

    750 ml

  • Sugar

Unfortunately, due to preparations for the picnic and lots of photos could not do that. But, in principle, everything is clear. Peaches cut into slices. I had a local, Dnipropetrovsk. Put all in a bowl and pour the wine at least overnight, but preferably for a day. I have just the day the sangria and salad.

I also threw a handful of black currant. You can add sugar to taste. I did not add it.

After one day, the wine is drained off, diluted with water. In the "correct" recipe - the usual negazirovannoy. But I diluted just carbonated. Well wanted. Can be mixed with Schweppes, sprite or other sweet drinks. If serving at home, pour into a jug, add ice and fresh fruit.

If you take on the outdoors (like me), then pour into a plastic bottle. Cool and go to rest!

I may not have kept any stuff, but judging by the recipes of sangria, which I found, this drink is full imagination. You can use any fruit.

Wine can be red and white. The Spaniards usually take the cheapest wine for the alcoholic "kompotik".

Sugar is added to taste. Dilute the wine with another liquid (water, mineral water, sweet drinks) in a ratio of 1:1.

I did a light version of this drink, but there are recipes stronger. For this purpose, 750 ml of wine add 250 ml of cognac or brandy. But this fortified version I pushed today!
