Potato gnocchi with minced meat

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Basil

    2 tsp

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    150 g

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp


Onions and carrots finely chop. Fry in sunflower oil.
Add the minced meat. With a fork to break up pieces, fry until the meat is falling apart.
Add the tomatoes in their own juice. Add Bay leaf, garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped Basil. Pour the cream and simmer for about 15 minutes. Cover with a lid.
Prepare nokki. Cold boiled potatoes are peeled. Finely, finely slice with a knife into pieces. Add the egg.
Gradually add the flour and knead the dough.
Cut off a piece of dough, rasschityvaet sausage and cut into slices. Each piece of laminate with a fork.
Mushrooms cut and fry in sunflower oil. Salt. Put in a bowl.
In salted water boil the potato nokki. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Strain and put the mushrooms. Mix gently.
Prepared in a bowl for baking put nokki with mushrooms. Flatten.
On top lay all the tomato-meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200gr. 25 minutes.
