Ear with meatballs
Ear with meatballs is a normal soup with fish balls. Delicious, simple recipe which was prepared by my mother-in-law to their sons, and now I cook as his daughter.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Millet

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Fish

  • Bread

  • Salt

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

First prepare the necessary ingredients to broth and meatballs. The head and tail of the fish, wash and put to cook in boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Fish fillet cut into small pieces. A piece of bread to soak in water or milk.

Potatoes, wash, cut into strips or cubes.

To prepare meatballs: fish fillet and soaked a piece of bread grind in a blender or mince.

From ready-made stuffing to form balls - meatballs and drop into boiling soup and fish soup. Ear with meatballs to cook for about 10 minutes.
