Quick to prepare, delicious fish soup

Ingredients

  • Fish

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Water

    250 ml

Fish fillet (I have sole) cut into small cubes. Carrots cut into strips, onion, quartered rings. Fish, onions, and carrots fried in butter.

In boiling water (or broth), add roasted fish with vegetables, seasoning, salt, cook for 5 minutes.

Add a Bay leaf off.

Pour the soup into a bowl, add boiled egg, diced and greens. Bon appetit!
