Cooking
Onion and garlic finely chop and lightly passeruem in vegetable oil until transparent.
Spinach wash well, cut and put in a pan, cook 2 minutes over medium heat.
When the spinach Poduyane, add the lemon juice.
Pour soy sauce TM Kikkoman, stir, remove from heat, allow to cool a little.
Add yogurt, paprika and red chili pepper.
Penetration of the sauce in a blender until a homogeneous emulsion. Stored in the refrigerator up to 2 days. Served with meat or grilled poultry. I have chicken wings grilled marinated in the sauce-marinade Kikkoman Teriyaki. Bon appetit!
