Ingredients

  • Millet

    100 g

  • Salmon

    350 g

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

Millet wash well, pour 1,5 l of boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes.

With salmon to remove the skin with a knife and remove the bones. Marinate it in soy sauce Kikoman and leave for 15 minutes.

In millet add the salmon, pre-sliced, and shredded cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cut into quarters. Pour into soup bowls, add the egg and sprinkle with parsley. Bon appetit!!!
