Description

The cookies under this name is quite popular - puff pastry, not too sweet, crumbly... So, my "ears" are quite different, but also very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Milk

    50 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

Cooking

step-0
Beat eggs, 1 tablespoon sugar, add milk, salt, mix well and pour this mixture into well-rubbed oil. All thoroughly mixed (I did this with a mixer). Then add the flour and quickly knead the dough. The amount of flour should be regulated so the dough turned out soft, but at the same time does not stick to hands.
step-1
Roll out the dough and fold four times, then repeat this procedure again. Refrigerate for 40 minutes so that the dough is strengthened.
step-2
Chilled dough divide into several parts, each sprinkle with sugar and put on top of each other.
step-3
Roll out the stack of layers again in an oblong pellet. Long hand wrap, leaving in the middle of the gap of 1.5-2cm
step-4
Again sprinkle with sugar, fold the dough in half and cut into slices 1-1,5 cm
step-5
Spread on oiled baking sheet and put in a preheated 220 degree oven. They are baked very quickly, I was ready in 15 minutes. Remove from baking sheet immediately better, as the sugar flows a bit and after cooling "ears" can adhere.
step-6
Can try!:-)
step-7
And you can do so... I decided to take the advice of Claire's accessories (wowan5). Got up in the morning, melted the chocolate and dipped all 5... tabs left over from yesterday.
