Rye bread in Norwegian
Girls and boys, all a good time of day. Today I want to share with you a delicious, aromatic bread. The recipe is excerpted from my recently acquired book "Bread 350 new recipes." The bread I bake for the third day in a row. Well, very tasty and always good. All lovers of homemade bread waiting for me to visit.

Ingredients

  • Water

    330 ml

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Rye flour

    150 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Malt

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Lay all ingredients in a bucket according to HP instructions.

If You have a mode of "Rye bread", then select it. If not, then the "Basic" size M (my HP is at 400-450 g flour), the crust color is "Medium".

Upon completion of the program you get this bread.

Wrap bread in a towel and allow it to cool completely (if possible).
