Chicken broth with cheese usenkami
Lazanki is the product of the test, which can be considered as a separate dish, and an addition to broths and soups. Simple and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Broth

Boil the broth (I have chicken).

Flour, eggs, salt, cheese, knead dough, as for dumplings. Allow dough to rest for about 15-20 minutes. On a flour podpylennom table roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm, cut the dough into squares or diamonds, leave to dry for 20-30 minutes.

Before use, lazanki boil in salted boiling water or in the broth (3-5 minutes).
