Snack cake
Today I want to share with you a recipe for tender, delicious snack cake, the preparation of which was used the finished puff cakes. This is a great, hearty snack which can be prepared in advance before the arrival of guests or just please your family. The cake consists of cheese, meat and vegetable layers. Not to say that the cake is low in calories, but sometimes can be a bit pampered. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • The cake

    5 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 share

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Dill

    50 g

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

To prepare the cake using a small Corgi (20 cm). Cheese and eggs three on a medium grater, finely chop the garlic, add the mayonnaise, a little salt and stir.

Spread the mass on the first cake layer, evenly distributed and cover with the second cake layer.

Finely chop the ham, dill, add black pepper, processed cheese, stir. If you want more spicy taste, in this mass, I recommend adding a little finely chopped pickled onions (marinade: 100ml water, 1/2H. spoon of salt, 1ch. L. sugar and 2H. L. vinegar). Fresh onions are best to use as cake infused for a long time.

Mass spread on second cake layer and evenly distributed. Cover with the third layer.

Three on a coarse grater cucumber, a little squeeze and mix with the mayonnaise.

Spread the third cake layer and cover with fourth cake layer.

Carrots three on a coarse grater, onion cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Add red pepper, salt and let it cool down completely. Add cheese and stir. You can add a few drops of lemon juice.

Spread on fourth layer and cover the last layer. The cake with the whole plate placed in a plastic bag and lightly press. Put into the fridge for a couple of hours. For coating the sides and top of cake mix cream cheese with mayonnaise, coat the cake and leave in the fridge not less than a day, so the cake is well soaked.
