Beet Tiramisu
Very easy to prepare a savory appetizer, perfect for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    4 piece

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Feta

    70 g

  • Bread

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Pistachios

Grind in a blender beets with feta and cream cheese (you can use any, I have Philadelphia). Finely chop the garlic and fry in butter, allow to cool, add the beetroot and cream, add spices, salt to taste.
