Caramel sauce from yogurt

  • Yogurt

    0.75 cup

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Sugar

  • Honey

  • Extract

In a deep saucepan (sauce during boiling increases) mix the yogurt, butter, sugar, honey, baking soda and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sauce boils. As soon as he began to boil, cook 7 minutes. Constantly stir.
The sauce is starting to darken.
