Pumpkin muffins in the post
I suggest you make awesome rolls with added pumpkin. Don't know why, but she does the dough more soft and like butter, I don't know how. In General, it is difficult to tell, you need to try!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
The pumpkin I pre-baked, you can cook and drain the fluid. We need to get pumpkin puree.
step-1
Here is our mashed potatoes rubbed through a sieve.
step-2
Yeast fill with 200 ml of warm water, leave for 10-15 minutes to have a hat.
step-3
Pour the yeast water to the pumpkin and add butter (2 tbsp), sugar (2 tbsp) and a pinch of salt, mix well.
step-4
Add 2.5 C flour ( I have a glass 200 ml.) and stir. Cover with a towel and send in a warm place.
step-5
Should go here.
step-6
Then add another Cup of flour and knead thoroughly. Flour may take a little more or a little less, the main thing that the dough was pleasant in the hands, not too steep and not liquid. Again send in warm place to rise.
step-7
Now our dough is ready to work. It will warm up and start shaping the scones.
step-8
Divide the dough into 12 parts equal. Each piece of roll and the size of a saucer will circle. We pour on the table the rest of flour as needed.
step-9
We spread it on a baking sheet greased with butter. Top lubricated with more oil and sprinkle a little sugar. Cover with the same circle of dough, again grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
step-10
Cut as shown and begin to tighten one edge.
step-11
And so on...
step-12
It turns out that's the rose. Also repeat with rest of batter and spread on a distance from each other. Give a little stand.
step-13
From scraps of dough, I made single roses and nothing to back them greased, but it is also beautiful.
step-14
Bake at 180C. in a heated duhovke 35-40 minutes until you see Golden color. Check the readiness with a toothpick. Allow to cool a little.
