Cooking
Pork cut into thin cubes (can use any meat, is delicious and liver). Marinate for an hour in mixture of soy sauce and lemon juice (optional and time permitting).
Pumpkin remove seeds and peel, cut into cubes 1 cm thick Place in a heatproof dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper and spices (I have thyme and mint). Pour the olive oil and stir. Bake until soft pumpkin for 10-15 minutes.
Grapes cut into halves, remove seeds (if any). Salad coarsely chop or tear the hands, a few leaves left to feed. Add the crushed clove of garlic and cranberry sauce D arbo, who will give a unique sweet-tart taste.
Meat quickly fry in a small amount of oil. Put it to the pumpkin. Add remaining ingredients and gently but thoroughly stir in the baking pan which you cooked the pumpkin.
On a large plate, lay out lettuce leaves. In the center of the slide, put the salad. Sprinkle with salt-roasted pumpkin seeds (I do this in the microwave for 1 minute). A delicious meal is ready! Cold also very tasty.
