Soup with ham
Recipes soup there is a great variety and this recipe is one of the best. Very satisfying, incredibly flavorful and delicious soup. I would even call this soup more of a stew due to its thickness.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    120 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Carrots

    80 g

  • Celery root

    80 g

  • Onion

  • Semolina

    30 g

  • Mushrooms

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

Cooking

To prepare the products. Vegetables wash, dry and clean.

Meat wash, cut into pieces and boil it with the addition of dry mushrooms 2.5 liters of broth, carefully removing the foam in the boiling process.

Add the carrots and celery, thinly sliced or grated on a coarse grater, pepper and fry.

Pour semolina.

Heat until absorbed by the barley oil.

In the boiling broth add shredded cabbage and cook after boiling for 5 minutes.

Add the potatoes cut into small slices, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add zazharku.

Lay the ham, cut into strips. Add spices. Salt to taste and cook all together for another 7-8 minutes.

For a couple of minutes until cooked add the Bay leaf and, if desired, 2-3 cloves of garlic. Let the soup to stand, covered.
