Very simple and very quick to prepare sandwich!!! Hearty, without the meat - wonderful for a summer Breakfast, and sometimes dinner!!!

Cooking
Melt 1 tbsp of butter. With rolls cut off the top and take out the crumb. Melted butter lubricates the inner part of the rolls and the tip. Put the brioche in a preheated 190 degree oven for 5-7 minutes (or microwave on the biggest power for 4-5 minutes)
The remaining butter and lightly sauté on medium heat chopped green onion. Add the egg. As only protein will turn white, add the cream (or sour cream) and mix well. Salt.
On the tomatoes to make a cruciform incision, scalded with boiling water, remove the skin and finely chop. Lay the tomato pulp to our bun. Salt.
