Potato burgers
I offer you a very interesting recipe unusually tasty burgers. And not just tasty, but also useful (by the standards of the burgers). No frying! Potato bun with slices of mushrooms, juicy roasted chicken and fresh vegetables create a wonderful composition of flavours. In this Burger you can entertain guests, you can give to kids, but you can still take with you to work instead of the usual sandwiches. So there you go...

Start cooking our healthy Burger! Let's start with "rolls". The three potatoes on a fine grater. A little salt. So it is not darkened, you can sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave the grated potatoes for 15 minutes to let the juice. This excess juice drain off.

Mix ingredients: potatoes, raw mushrooms, egg, a little flour. Add seasonings and spices to taste.

If you watch your weight, then calorie mayonnaise, you can replace it with your homemade sauce unsweetened yogurt (or sour cream). Instead of BBQ can take home a cheese sauce or cooked in tomato sauce.
