Apple strudel
Sponge Apple strudel is very easy to prepare, and it turns out insanely delicious, delicate and airy.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Powdered sugar

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Cooked apples, washed, cleaned.

For the filling apples grated (I rubbed on a large). If there is a lot of juice, the juice is drained, add the sugar, vanilla sugar.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks for a few minutes, add the sugar and continue to beat until fluffy mass

Add it to the yolk mass of the sifted flour with razryhlitelem, mix well.

Beat egg whites to soft peaks and gently stir into the dough.

Baking tray lay baking paper, grease with oil, put the stuffing, sprinkle with cinnamon, priklopiti hand. Sprinkle the dough.

Bake at 180 deg. roughly 20 mins (depends on oven)

Ready cake cover with a towel and turn on the table filling up.

Rolled into a roll. Here I was waiting for "surprise": the top thin layer of sponge cake was left on the towel.

To hide the "flaws", sprinkle roll with powdered sugar. (Guests do not pay to it any attention).
