Shortbread cookies
Well... first, I would like to say that THIS is THE BEST DOUGH... It's so crumbly, tender and super loose... that is simply impossible to resist... secondly, I would like to thank the competition "Silver Line to the delight of the children" for something that, through trial and error I finally found this PERFECT recipe for a pastry...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Cocoa powder

    6 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    18 Tbsp

  • Butter

    6 Tbsp

  • Milk

    9 Tbsp

  • Toffee

    300 g

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Rubs hot oil with the powder.

Add eggs, mix thoroughly until smooth.

Add baking powder, vanilla.

Add flour, stir.
