Sift flour with soda and baking powder.

Mix in a large bowl, sugar 250 g, olive oil, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves and orange zest. Carefully beat with a mixer or whisk.

Kneading the dough by hand, gradually add the flour (in 4 doses), until a homogeneous dough. The dough should not be neither too tight nor sticky. Do not knead the dough too long, otherwise the cookies will not turn out lush.

Take piece of dough size of a walnut and give it the shape of an egg. Please note that when baking the cookies will double in size, so don't make it big.

Place biscuits on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper at a great distance from each other.

Bake in pre-heated to 160"C oven for about 25 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Cookies are completely cool.

Syrup: Combine the sugar, 400 g honey, lemon juice and water. Cook the syrup on medium heat for approximately 7 minutes. Remove the pan from heat, dip each cookie in the hot syrup for 6 seconds. I schitu to 6. ))

You can put layers, sprinkling each layer with walnuts. You can store cookies in a sealed container or covered with cling film dish at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. Don't put it in the fridge to hardened!
