Cooking
Grind in a blender chicken breast with onions, add eggs, cream (I've done separately, so 1 breast - 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. of cream), add spices, mix well!
Put the prepared mixture into the form, covered with baking paper, bake at 200 deg. until Golden brown. The same is done for the 2nd cake!
While baked cakes, passeruem 1 half onion, the carrots, the mushrooms separately from the 2nd half of the onions, add spices. Cakes cut in half. 1 Korzh put the cooled carrots
On carrots put the cake on a mushroom (I added greenery, it's optional!), on the cake, it is the carrots and cover with a crust
Prepare the cream: mix well the cream cheese, add salt to taste, garlic, pepper
Fluff cake
Put in a cold soak. While we do decoration of the pepper (after I put 2 minutes in the microwave, to soften), cut with cookie cutter circles, to need black and green olives, pickle.
The cake is ready.
