Schnitzel in old Bavarian
Today my family ordered for dinner schnitzel with salad, and I've already spotted an interesting recipe "on the packaging". Tasty, juicy and very juicy did it! Like all - me, husband, and daughter... join us for dinner!

Ingredients

  • Nutmeg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Horseradish

    4 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    4 tsp

  • Meat

    4 piece

Cooking

step-0
Meat (I lean pork) cut into portions and repel. Salt, pepper, season with ground nutmeg. I didn't know how spicy the result of the dish, so I only lightly salted.
step-1
On the one hand to lubricate each schnitzel with sweet mustard and other creamy horseradish. If You have only sharp hell, it should be diluted with sour cream in proportion 1:1, i.e. 2 tsp horseradish + 2 teaspoons sour cream.
step-2
Dip the steaks first in the egg and then in breadcrumbs.
step-3
Fry until Golden in hot oil (or lard).
step-4
Preheat the oven. Grate hard cheese. Ready schnitzel put in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 170*C for approx. 15 min.
step-5
Serve with a salad. The Bavarians recommend to garnish potato salad. We prefer green.
