Ingredients

  • Fish ROE

    70 g

  • Cheese curd

    50 g

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

ROE of salmon, boil in salted water with a Bay leaf and salt for about 15 minutes. Cool completely

Add to Moloka cream cheese and mash all with a fork or grind blender

Small pickled cucumber RUB on a small grater, add to the sauce. Same here, add chopped dill and chopped garlic and salt to taste

All mix thoroughly and serve. Very tasty to dip in this sauce crackers, crackers, pretzels, chips, from dried pita bread and just toasted toast.
