Pancakes without flour
Incredibly delicious, beautiful, thin, savoury pancakes and very low in calories, I think, such does not happen?! And no, there are some! With toppings then you can fantasize on your tastes and preferences, I made with rice, fish, yogurt and honey, come in, dear cooks, treat!!!

Ingredients

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Yogurt

    180 ml

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Yogurt

Add bran to yogurt, stir and leave for an hour. If you want pancakes for Breakfast, then bran at night, you can soak in the yogurt and leave in the fridge and in the morning mix the other ingredients and quickly bake a fresh batch of pancakes.

But in the meantime, prepare a filling, onion cut into cubes average, fish filets too small cubes, chop and fry in small amount of vegetable oil, add salt and season with spices to taste.

Heat the pan, preferably with a thick bottom, I have a cast iron teapot (finally I bought what very happy, been wanting, because I believe that baking the best batter onto the pan not to find), grease with vegetable oil, I do it with a silicone brush and just before the first pancake. Fry the pancakes on low heat. Pour a little dough, even out in the pan, the pancake should after about 20-30 seconds as if to dry and not bubbling, and fry evenly and freely over on the other side. Notice if the first pancake is still cranky comes out and not willing to roll over, the main thing is not upsetting, because the first pancake is 'lumpy':) you can just add in the batter or egg, or a little of starch, as if the dough is adjustable by the first pancake.
