Description

Color the dough for dumplings
My boys (I have three of them), I ordered the dumplings. It is all very tired, and then I remembered sly simple way to make them colored. That's what happened))) (sorry for the pictures - I photographed on the phone)

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Flour

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Water

    2 cup

Cooking

step-0
Beets clean. Grate (or in a juicer) and squeeze the juice. I got 150 ml.
step-1
I have frozen dill and parsley. If You have fresh, then slice to make 6 tablespoons. Pour 1 Cup of cold water.
step-2
Cooking dill and parsley about 15 minutes on low heat. Drain
step-3
Knead THREE tests: 1. Beet juice + 4 tbsp oil+ 1 tsp salt+flour (how much, I didn't check). 2. Syrup greens 1 tbsp+ 1 tbsp oil+ 1 tsp salt+flour 3. Cold water 1 tbsp+ 1 tbsp oil+ 1 tsp salt+flour. The first dough I put so much vegetable oil because of the density of beet juice.
step-4
Knead the dough. I made the dumplings with potatoes, so for GREEN used dill and parsley (wish spinach was not), but for sweet dumplings you can make a syrup from mint leaves.
step-5
The dough I rolled out very thin, so they cooked for 2 minutes. ONE minus the beet test in that it is not much frosting (for vegetable oil) in the freezer With sour cream - mmmmmmk))) Bon appetit!!!
