Usually cut into large strips. If smaller - potatoes could fall apart.
Linseed oil, first fry the potatoes.
Cut onion into small, thin strips cut the cabbage. When the potatoes are well browned and is almost ready, add the onions and cabbage.
I salted this dish at the end. Fry until cooked. And served with fresh vegetables!
