Cooking
Peel the onion, cut into half rings, marinate. I use the following method of marinating: mix the room temperature water (0.5 stack.) with a couple of tablespoons of 9% of th vinegar, sugar (1 tbsp) and salt (pinch), pour this mixture into the onions, cover with lid and give to stand for at least 30 minutes.
Bell pepper cut in half, remove seeds, cut into strips.
Grate on a fine grater cheese.
Pepper and ham spread out on the inner edge of bowl. In the middle to put the pickled onions and tomatoes, pour over the mayonnaise "Maheev".
