Chinese cucumber salad and squid
This salad I tried at a friend's birthday and immediately wanted to share it with you. Very juicy, bright and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Squid

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

Cooking

Carrots wash, peel and grate into thin strips.

Cucumber cut lengthwise thin strips.

Further, each strip of cucumber cut diagonally slices with a length of about 1 cm.

Mix cucumber and carrot, add salt, vinegar and soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Add flakes of red hot pepper, coriander seeds, grated on a grater garlic, sesame and vegetable oil. Mix everything.

Squid cleaned, put in boiling water and boil 1 minute. Throws a squid on a colander, allow to cool and cut into thin strips, put in a salad.
