Eateries dips: mushroom, onion and shrimp
The picnic for me is a fun event, meeting with friends and family, not necessarily in the fresh air! All my loved ones, guests come in the afternoon and together we bake some veggies and then cook together salads is opening a bottle of wine or beer! Our men start cooking meat on the grill. And in this moment, all excited and tasty quick snack before coming to dinner.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Sour cream

  • Mayonnaise

  • Green onions

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Balsamic

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

  • Parsley

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

I prepared all three at the same time, but you will be shown all at a time. And so we begin our preparation with the onion dip. Mode onion into small cubes.

In a small saucepan, warm up two tablespoons of olive oil, add chopped onion.

Next, mix soy sauce naturally brewed light soy sauce is Kikkoman, balsamico and mustard. Add in onions and simmer on low heat until fully camellisas onions 40 to 60 minutes. After giving the onion the mass to cool completely.

In a pan warm up two tablespoons of olive oil and fry onion until Golden brown. Add the mushrooms, fry on high heat for a few minutes.

Immediately add the chopped garlic, thyme and naturally brewed light soy sauce is Kikkoman, fry a few more minutes with constant stirring, after a lot definitely cool.

Whisk the cream cheese and sour cream until fluffy state.

Now grind finely the green onions and, if desired, use only the hats of the mushrooms, but you can all I just don't like the legs of mushrooms.

Mix together the cooled mushroom mixture with cheese and sour cream. And with mushrooms and green onions. Optional pepper. Cooled in the refrigerator at least two hours, storing up to ten days.

And last my personal favorite - shrimp. Use the smallest shrimp. Buy a pack of 500g. But when you boil will only 400gr., since leaving the ice and water you know is not to escape us from the earnings of the manufacturer! The shrimp fill with boiling water, most of it is sold already slightly cooked. If you have fresh then boil for 4 to 7 minutes. Mayonnaise mix with sour cream and lemon juice memorable about naturally brewed light soy sauce is Kikkoman. Grind finely the parsley leaves. Don't forget to pepper.
