We have rather a cool and therefore offer you a hearty layered salad that will give you energy and strength. In addition, this is a great option for the holiday table!

Cooking
Chicken fillet boil, cool, cut into strips, mix with chopped garlic and put in bowl, coat with the sauce.
The second layer - the Apple peel, cut into strips and sprinkle lightly with lemon juice. I usually this layer is not smeared, and so it is juicy.
The third layer is washed, dried, and chopped prunes. If it is dry, then pre-soak it. Spread with sauce.
On prunes put cooked, cooled and sliced beef, add the sauce.
Top layer – grated on a fine grater cheese, I did part with goat cheese, part of Poshekhonsky. With goat sharper option. Sprinkle cheese with pine nuts. If desired, the layers can be repeated.
